I am a licensed clinical psychologist with an expertise in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults struggling with a wide range of issues including social and generalized anxiety, OCD, panic, depression, self-esteem and emotion-regulation. I also enjoy working with individuals going through significant life transitions, such as adjustment to college, parenting, or divorce.

I primarily utilize a CBT approach while integrating mindfulness and other techniques to the work when appropriate. I employ an active, collaborative, and individualistic approach to treatment with a validating stance.
